Our Trainers
Jackie Stenson is a serial social entrepreneur specializing in designing and launching solutions that create both business value and social impact.
Jackie is the Director of Practice at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), leading the program design of a new Master in Sustainable Leadership, and an Adjunct Professor at INSEAD, teaching a course on designing socially impactful solutions. She was previously the Innovation Program Lead and Program Chair at UNLEASH, a multi-day program for 1000 participants to co-create solutions to the Sustainable Development Goals. Additionally, Jackie has developed and taught programs for: Harvard, MIT, Georgia Tech, and the UN Global Compact Network UK, among others. She had previously facilitated multiple women’s entrepreneurship programs for ACIR in India and Paraguay.
As a social entrepreneur, Jackie focuses on the last-mile dissemination of sustainable solutions. She is the co-founder, Executive Chair, and Board Chair of Essmart, which distributes 300+ life-improving technologies to rural retail shops in India, empowering local shops to grow their businesses through livelihood products. For her work with Essmart, Jackie was featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, and has received multiple fellowships from Cartier, MIT’s D-Lab, and Echoing Green. She has been an expert contributor both on National Public Radio (NPR) in the US and in the Economist. An engineer by training, Jackie has designed socially impactful technologies in 11 African countries and India.
Nidhiya leads the Launchpad initiative for NVIDIA where she manages Enterprise AI Adoption at large-scale organizations across EMEA & APACJ regions. She used to head Startup & VC Ecosystem for NVIDIA in South Asia where she evangelized the adoption of AI across various industry segments and onboarded over 1300 startups and worked with 50+ strategic accounts that drove $100M revenue. Apart from her corporate role, she serves as a board member at non-profit initiatives like TinkerHub & Random Hacks of Kindness to strategize ‘tech-for-good’ activities. She dedicates her weekend to advising a few startups on product and growth strategies as well. She started off her professional career with NASSCOM and prior to that, she ran her startup for about three years while she was pursuing Engineering & Young India Fellowship. Her wearable Innovation– Nirbhaya 2.0 has got recognized by US Consulate, TCS, Makerfaire, Maker Fest, Coca-Cola etc.
Rebecca is an entrepreneur and artist passionate about bridging cultures globally. She built Roots Studio over the last 8 years, which reimagines cultural sustainability through digital IP licensing into retail. Roots Studio has been featured in The Business of Fashion, Vogue Business, Cultured Magazine, PBS, The Cut, WWD, TechCrunch, MIT Technology Review, Marie Claire, Stanford Social Innovation Review, amongst others. Through her work, Rebecca has been recognized as a Forbes Under 30 Lister, Cartier Women’s Initiative Laureate, and Echoing Green Fellow.
Rebecca is also passionate about supporting communities facing climate change from both data-driven mapping and grassroots approaches. She has built projects utilizing satellite mapping data to equip rural communities to be more disaster resilient, to remote-sensing maps for coral reef conservation. For two years, she helped devise mapping policy for “The Rurban” with the Government of India to expand water and infrastructure planning.
Rebecca started her journey as a Fulbright Scholar and National Geographic Explorer in India studying human-animal coexistence. She graduated from MIT and UC Berkeley studying Urban Planning and Business. She just published her first children’s book on the topic of social enterprise, “It’s Our Business to Make a Better World,” distributed through Abrams Books.

Mrs. Fanfan Hanfang Guo, who is the founder of Fanfan Studio, is an expert for career counselling and entrepreneurship in Shanghai. She was was among ‘Shanghai 10 Best Career Consultant Doctor (2005)’. Fanfan has twenty three years of experience in international education/cross-cultural management/NGO/venture capital fields and four years of marketing experience in the bio pharmaceutical industry. She has vsited more than thirty countries to work with local NGO/government/institution leaders. She was a part of ‘U.S. International Visitor Leadership Program (2009)’ and Shanghai Annual NGO Youth Leaders (2012)’.
